Male/Female Embossing

Embossing dies are male/female dies commonly used for embossing raised or recessed images into sheet-stock. These dies are produced as a set, and engineered with one male side having a raised image, and an engaging female side being recessed, so that when material is placed between the engraved dies and the dies are pressed together using hydraulic pressure, the image is formed. These Dies can be made to emboss artwork into either flat or contoured surfaces. Roll Marking

Roll Marking Stamps are cylindrical stamps used in marking machines in a rolling application rather than a straight down strike against the part. Typical applications are continuous roll marking, bar marking, and marking the outer circumference of round parts in production. This method is the most economical way to permanently mark cylindrical shaped parts where marking wraps around the circumference of a part, or for applications requiring an extended length of repeated markings. These Stamps are custom machined to fit a wide variety of roll marking machines and are made to order.

Male/Female Embossing

Embossing dies are male/female dies commonly used for embossing raised or recessed images into sheet-stock. These dies are produced as a set, and engineered with one male side having a raised image, and an engaging female side being recessed, so that when material is placed between the engraved dies and the dies are pressed together using hydraulic pressure, the image is formed. These Dies can be made to emboss artwork into either flat or contoured surfaces. Our method of die engraving enables us to precisely replicate any image into a die from supplied artwork or CAD file with ease.

Roll Marking

Roll Marking Stamps are cylindrical stamps used in marking machines in a rolling application rather than a straight down strike against the part. Typical applications are continuous roll marking, bar marking, and marking the outer circumference of round parts in production. This method is the most economical way to permanently mark cylindrical shaped parts where marking wraps around the circumference of a part, or for applications requiring an extended length of repeated markings. These Stamps are custom machined to fit a wide variety of roll marking machines and are made to order.

Hot Stamping

Caliber Engraving offers Hot Stamps in a variety of materials to accommodate nearly any hot stamping application. These dies are usually press mounted and heated to obtain a desired branded image into products made of materials such as; plastics, polymers, paper, leather and wood. Metal Hot Stamps are often used with foils when a colored image is desired. These Dies provide excellent heat transfer characteristics and durability. Die materials include; Steel, Brass, Copper, Magnesium & Silicone Rubber.

We’ve taken die hardening to another level. Having total control of the process we have developed procedures that yield superior marking dies. Specifically, the dies we produce and harden outperform those hardened by the common heat treating company and as a result our clients see extended production life from the dies we produce. We developed and we mastered a multi-step hardening and tempering process designed around a marking stamp, and nothing more.

Now, all the hard work we pour into each stamp we engrave, perfecting exacting details will be suited well for production without compromising the quality of the details.

Hardening Perfected

We’ve taken die hardening to another level. Having total control of the process we have developed procedures that yield superior marking dies. Specifically, the dies we produce and harden outperform those hardened by the common heat treating company and as a result our clients see extended production life from the dies we produce. We developed and we mastered a multi-step hardening and tempering process designed around a marking stamp, and nothing more.

Now, all the hard work we pour into each stamp we engrave, perfecting exacting details will be suited well for production without compromising the quality of the details.
